Archipelago wins competition for the renovation of Flemish Administrative Centre in Leuven

Our proposal for the renovation and optimisation of the Dirk Boutsgebouw was selected as laureate by Het Facilitair Bedrijf.

Throughout the process, the project will be driven by sufficiency - a design approach that starts with studying daily practices, understanding future needs and finding the right match with the available resources. In this way, we reach just enough, effectively reducing consumption of space, materials and energy, while adapting the building to a diverse landscape of microclimates and activity clusters.
