Welcome to the new Lidwina campus in Mol

Last Friday, 5 June, we were proud to attend the opening of Lidwina’s new campus in Mol. It is a place where care, work, safety and comfort come together, and where clients, employees, partners and visitors meet each other day after day. Today, we would like to look back and share some impressions of this new workplace.

As Iwein Meyskens put it so beautifully: “Lidwina does more than provide a service; you create space where people feel seen, supported and valued.”

Since 2020, together with Lidwina and all the partners involved, we have been building this campus step by step. From the brief of requirements and the master plan, through lighting studies and preliminary design, to execution and commissioning in 2026. Always with one focus: creating simple, clear spaces that truly work in everyday use.

Thanks to an intensive co‑creation process, this campus has grown into a bright, clearly organised and welcoming environment. With great attention to natural light, clear circulation flows and a sustainable palette of materials as the basis for a safe and inspiring workplace.

We are grateful for the trust placed in us by Lidwina and all the partners who made this project possible, and we wish everyone every success with this new workplace.
