Adaptable buildings ready for the future. The better a building can be adapted to changing user needs, the less waste and resource loss it generates. This is assessed using various models, but the question is: to what extent do these models take the context – socio-economic factors and the surrounding environment – into account? This is examined in the literature review “Adaptability of buildings: to what extent do design-support models consider context-related factors?”
